Gullfoss in Hvítá is one of Iceland´s best known waterfalls and is equally beautiful during summer or wintertime. Gullfoss is 32 meters high and falls from the cliffs in two levels. This photograph shows just a small part of the bottom half of the waterfall.
Gullfoss í Hvítá er einn af þekktustu fossum Íslands og jafn fallegur að vetri sem sumri. Hann er 32m hár og fellur fram af berginu í tveimur stöllum. Þessi mynd sýnir aðeins lítinn hluta af neðri fossinum.
